Raymond Louison has been in the real estate business for just over 10 years and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands. Raymond has superb negotiating skills, extensive knowledge of home improvement, residential construction and appraisal methodology. He also has advanced knowledge of digital photography, presentation design, computer graphics, social marketing and internet marketing technologies.

This is where they learned how to become professional real estate consultants, rather than just ordinary salespeople. Over the years they have trained and mastered many aspects of the real estate business far beyond that of the usual salesperson.

Raymond and Stephanie are graduates of the Institute For Luxury Home Marketing. The Institute For Luxury Home Marketing exists to help buyers and sellers of luxury homes and estates find real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury home market and have completed extensive training to build additional competencies. Raymond and Stephanie actively seek out the latest information on marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of their elite clientele and their exceptional properties.

Raymond and Stephanie are graduates of the Huntington Beach Robert Mayer Leadership Academy. Participants in this program receive advanced training in local government, community infrastructure, public schools and how they relate or interface with local industry and businesses.
